In Stock
The only way we can offer all of the customizing options we do, is to make everything to order. “In Stock” means that we currently have the materials required to build that item. Orders that include “in stock” items are subject to our lead times, as the items still have to be produced.
Out of Stock
When we do not have the required materials to make an item, it will be marked as “out of stock”, and you will not be able to add that item to your cart. You can choose to get instant notifications when the item is restocked.
Submission
After your order has been submitted, we will begin the process of building your order to the specifications you’ve provided.
Order changes
Order changes are possible, however they are not guaranteed. We recommend double checking your order details to make sure everything is correct. If you need to make a change, email us as quickly as possible. If possible, we can update your order.
Lead Times
We pride ourselves on the quality, craftsmanship and durability of our sabers and other products. Therefore, we are in no rush to place an order. These are handcrafted items made with care. Depending on various factors, our lead times may be extended or shortened. This means your order may take more (or less) time, depending on several factors:
•material availability
•Time of year (holidays, etc.)
•order quantity
When each item is complete, your order will be shipped.
Promotions
Promotional sales cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with previous offers. However, if you make a mistake when placing your order, or enter a discount code and the discount is not applied, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, or any other additional charges do not count toward free item giveaway tier awards.
Shipping your order
We ship orders via UPUS, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
Domestic shipping times are estimated at 2-7 business days.
International Shipping
International shipping times are estimated at 7-15 business days.
International customers are responsible for paying import taxes or duties
International customers please note that most countries have an import process that includes customs inspections and, for most countries, import taxes may be imposed on the recipient of the shipment from abroad. When you receive our shipment confirmation email in a few weeks, be sure to check your tracking number and keep an eye on its progress in case your country requires you to pay import taxes for pickup or delivery .
